This here is my commission site and is an active work in progress. Terms of Service
General terms
- You must agree to my ToS in order to commission me. This is to protect any parties involved.
- I have a right to refuse any commissions for any reason. It may be out of my area of expertise, I may be too busy, etc.
- I am a content creator - if you would like commission privacy, let me know beforehand.
- I reserve my creative freedom within my own workflow, especially when not given direction or lacking communication from you.
- I may update these ToS at any timeProcess
- Turnaround time will differ according to the piece and is never a guarantee.
- Good communication must be kept up on both ends for proper updates.
- Revisions will also differ on what is requested. Major revisions further into the process may incur an upcharge.Payment
- I accept payment through either an established platform such as Kofi or PayPal Goods & Services.
- Depending on size of commission, deposit or upfront payment will be requested. Without this, I will not begin work.Refunds
- Contact me to fix issues before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. Opening an unauthorized dispute will result in forfeiture and blacklisting.
- Refund availability depends on what stage the work is at. Full refund is acceptable if no work has started, and no refund is available for late-stage or completed works.Usage Rights
- Personal use commissions are forbidden from reselling the image, making profit from my art, or being used on merchandise. Commercial rights negotiable upon discussion and increased fees.
- You must adhere to internet ToS, and I am not liable for your misuse of my work. For example, if Twitch decides an emote is not allowed.
- Make sure to give me credit for my work where it is used.Live2D specific
- It is the client's responsibility to tune their tracking, as different people, software, and settings provides different results.
- The .psd file integrity is very important to the ease and output of live2d work. I reserve the right to request edits from your artist, or can fix/cut layers myself with their permission and for a fee.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the source .cmo3 is not included in your commission.
